…the story is not true maintains Amb Igali

The report that a former Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Power, Ambassador Godknows Igali, has forfeited 47 SUV cars to Federal government by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has been denied as the former Permanent Secretary reveal that the last time the story hit the news-stands was on Christmas day in 2016 as he disclose, he had deliberately maintained silence in the past on the matter, but only want to mention that the story is totally untrue as he revealed that him and his immediate family owns only 4 cars and an unserviceable boat, the newest amongst the cars being a 2014 brand and that he and his family thank God for that provision.

Speaking to a section of the Press, Ambassador Igali, said the 47 vehicles that were mostly buses and Hilux vehicles which he maintained, he is aware of, were acquired with a Bank loan but were impounded by the EFCC in early 2016, were actually left-overs from the defunct Jonathan/Sambo Campaign Organization and insists the vehicles were never at any point kept in his custody, hence he maintained the story linking him with the 47 CVU vehicles was untrue.
